It is definitely outside of my normal reading genres, but I don’t regret reading it. I definitely recommend this one! Jim Overachevement, Chicago Tribune [Eliots] upfront conversational tone makes his advice not just palatable but convincing. Feelings of pressure, stress, and butterflies in your stomach signal the arousal of the sympathetic nervous system.

Instead he says it’s the individual’s choice on how they change, he just gives the reader examples of how eiot people think exceptionally.
