Changing and Succeeding Work together for a needed change! It’s another one of those organizational leadership books along the lines of “Who Moved My Cheese? This book was written as a fable of a group of penguins, they acted exactly the same way as humans. A quick, easy read. But then, academics is one thing and the real world is another and I believe this book is especially good for people with no academic background in management and for those who have the background but no time to read more complex books.

Good book to illustrate the change process. It is interesting, fun, and gets the job done.
