Changing and Succeeding Work together for a needed change! It’s another one of those organizational leadership books along the lines of “Who Moved My Cheese? This book was written as a fable of a group of penguins, they acted exactly the same way as humans. A quick, easy read. But then, academics is one thing and the real world is another and I believe this book is especially good for people with no academic background in management and for those who have the background but no time to read more complex books.
Good book to illustrate the change process. It is interesting, fun, and gets the job done.

How does Fred go about convincing them? It introduces characters and language that help readers to identify and discuss the change process as it relates to their context. This book is mainly about giving message not to settle in present conditions however ls they may seem. This book is not yet featured on Listopia.

This quote caught my attention because I realized that we don’t change by the data, but from what we have learned by experiences that had an impact on us.
Also clear in the story is that important observations and good ideas for change can come from anyone in your group, not just already accepted power holders.
